Frequently asked questions

Answers before you ask

The questions buyers ask most often about machine selection, lead times, shipping, installation and after-sales support. If yours is not here, send it through the contact form.

It comes down to the product state and the pack format. Liquids and pastes into rigid containers point to a filling machine; regular solid items into a film pillow point to a flow wrapper; retail stand-up pouches point to a premade pouch machine; loose granules and powders point to a vertical form-fill-seal machine; and secondary retail cartons point to a cartoner. Send a product photo and pack size and we will confirm the configuration.

Product type and sample photo, pack format and dimensions, fill weight or volume, target output per minute, available floor space, site voltage and air supply, destination country, and any certification requirement. If some of these are unknown, we can start from the product and the target output.

Yes. For most products we run a trial on the proposed configuration and send video of the result. If the product is difficult to ship, we can work from a courier sample of one to two kilograms. Factory acceptance testing with your material before shipment is standard.

Standard single machines are typically built in four to six weeks after drawing approval. Complete lines and machines with custom tooling take longer. Lead time is confirmed in writing on the quotation and updates are sent at assembly and testing milestones.

Machines are packed for sea freight in export-grade crating with moisture protection, or air freight for urgent orders. Installation is either supervised on site by our engineer or guided remotely over network access to the HMI. Both options are quoted separately.

Machines are built for your site voltage — 220 V single phase, 380 V three phase, 415 V, 440 V and 60 Hz variants are available. Please state the voltage, phase, frequency and plug standard for your country when ordering.

Yes. A documented spare parts list is supplied with each machine, and consumable and wear parts are kept available for at least ten years from delivery. Recommended spares can be shipped with the machine so you are not waiting on an international parcel during a breakdown.

The standard warranty covers manufacturing defects in the machine for twelve months from commissioning, excluding wear parts and damage caused by incorrect operation or unaudited utility supply. Warranty terms are stated in the sales contract.

In most cases yes. Machines provide digital I/O and Modbus TCP for handshakes with existing conveyors, coders, metal detectors and case packers. Please share the interface details of the existing equipment and we will confirm compatibility.

Operator training is included with on-site commissioning: typically one to two days covering start-up, recipe changeover, daily cleaning and first-line troubleshooting. A written manual and a video walkthrough are also provided.

Yes. Filling, labeling, wrapping, pouch, VFFS and cartoning machines share a common platform, so a line can be specified as one project with a single point of responsibility for layout, utilities and commissioning.

Every machine ships with an operation manual, electrical drawings, spare parts list and test report. CE-related documentation, material certificates and market-specific certification support are provided according to the destination market — see the certificates page for details.
