A machinery workshop that answers its own emails
JULYR Packaging Machine builds six packaging machine families for export markets. We are a production-driven company: engineering, machining, assembly, testing and documentation happen under one roof, which is why a specification question gets a real answer instead of a forwarding.

Built around one discipline: repeatable production
A packaging machine is a promise that the same pack will come out ten thousand times. Delivering on that promise is not about any single component — it is about how consistently the machine is machined, assembled and tested before it leaves the floor.
Our engineering team works from the product sample up. Dosing principle, film path, gripper pitch and sealing profile are decided against your product, not selected from a catalogue page. That is slower at the quotation stage and considerably faster at commissioning.
We keep the machine families on a common platform so that a customer who starts with one filler can add a labeler, a wrapper or a cartoner later without learning a new control philosophy.
- Engineering in-house
Mechanical design, electrical design and PLC programming by the same team.
- Machining and assembly on site
Frame fabrication, CNC parts and final assembly under one quality system.
- Export documentation as standard
Manual, spare parts list, electrical drawings and test report with every machine.
What we actually do in the workshop
Design & simulation
3D modelling of the full machine and the line layout, with interference checks before any metal is cut. Utility requirements and floor space are issued at quotation stage.
Machining & fabrication
Stainless frames, CNC-machined contact parts and controlled welding. Material certificates are traceable to the batch for food-contact components.
Assembly & testing
Every machine runs with real product before shipment. Factory acceptance tests are recorded on video, or witnessed on site at your convenience.
How the company grew
Replace these milestones with your own company dates and facts before publishing.
Started as a machining shop supplying parts to local packaging integrators.
In-house design of the first filling machine; assembly moved under one roof.
Documentation, voltage variants and spare-part kits standardized for export markets.
Filling, labeling, flow wrapping, pouch, VFFS and cartoning on one platform.
